Mandatory Skill Sets/Expertise

▪ 1 – 2 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition function as a recruiter involved in sourcing

candidates from diverse channels

▪ Extensive experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, X-ray searches, etc.) and a

deep understanding of social media recruitment strategies

▪ Proficiency with social media, CV databases and communication skills

▪ Go-getter attitude with the superlative sense of accountability and ownership

▪ Demonstrated ability to work with multiple cross functional stakeholders

▪ Ability to track, analyze, and use recruitment metrics to drive decisions and optimize

recruitment strategies

▪ Excellent analytical skills

▪ Excellent working knowledge on MS Office Suite

▪ Business understanding, customer centricity, learning agility and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

▪ Manage the complete talent acquisition process for Accorian spanning across sourcing,

screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple business verticals.

▪ Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruitment,

and direct outreach to identify top talent.

▪ Leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and niche forums to attract passive

candidates and build a strong talent pipeline

▪ Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand the role and deliver toptier

talent in a timely manner.

▪ Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes, ensure efficiency, and optimize

the candidate experience.

▪ Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing

an engaging recruitment process.

▪ Continuously enhance recruitment processes to meet organizational goals and stay

competitive in the talent market.

▪ Conduct market research to understand talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitors’

hiring strategies
