Project Manager

who can take ownership of complex projects and ensure they move from idea to execution without delays. The role demands someone who can bring structure to fast-moving environments, coordinate across engineering and business teams, and ensure projects are delivered with clarity, speed, and accountability. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects from planning to release • Break down large initiatives into clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines • Work closely with engineering, product, design, and business teams to align priorities • Run sprint planning, stand-ups, and delivery reviews to keep teams on track • Identify execution risks early and drive solutions before they impact delivery • Maintain clear visibility on timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation • Ensure documentation, reporting, and project tracking remain accurate and updated • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes with leadership and key stakeholders Required Skills • Strong experience managing cross-functional technology projects • Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum environments • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams • Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management • Experience using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project tracking platforms • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field • 4–8 years of experience managing technology or product-driven projects • Experience working closely with engineering teams in product or platform environments What This Role Requires • Someone who brings clarity to complex workstreams • Someone who can push projects forward when priorities shift • Someone who keeps teams aligned without creating unnecessary process overhead.
