Job Title: Marketing Executive – Business Development & Strategy (Real Estate)

Location: BKC, Mumbai, MH

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development Support

- Preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for new real estate mandates. - Responsible for leading and delivering high-impact presentations to clients and developers on the company's profile, capabilities, and comprehensive service offerings. - Support senior team members in client meetings and follow-ups. - Maintain and update a database of potential and existing developer clients. - Help in tracking new business opportunities and industry developments.

2. Market Research & Analysis

- Conduct basic market research on real estate trends, pricing, demand-supply, and competition. - Gather data from property portals, reports, and secondary sources. - Assist in preparing market study reports and summaries for internal use. - Track competitor activities, including new launches and marketing strategies.

3. Strategy & Planning Support

- Support the Strategy team in project positioning, pricing analysis, and go-to-market planning. - Assist in creating business plans, feasibility summaries, and strategy notes. - Work on data collation and analysis for decision-making.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain records of meetings, client interactions, and project updates. - Assist in creating presentations and visual reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

- Master's degree in marketing, Business Management, Real Estate, or related field - 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or real estate (preferred but not mandatory for strong freshers) - Prior experience in real estate or consulting firms is an added advantage
