Designation: Senior Manager/Chief Manager Non Litigation

Experience: 8+ experience as an in-house counsel working with Bank/NBFC/HFC, with a focus on non-litigation matters and contract drafting specifically mentioned above.

Job Role:

Key Responsibilities & Experience 1. Contract Management Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including: Vendor and non-IT contracts Joint Venture & Collaboration Agreements (with banks and lead aggregators) Investment Agreements & Tie-up Agreements (coaches/players) Advertisement & Sponsorship Agreements Social Media Management & Brand Management Agreements Co-Lending & Digital Lending Agreements Ensuring proper execution of agreements across multiple states in compliance with the

State Stamp Acts

and the

Indian Registration Act, 1908 . Coordinating with local teams for stamping, registration, and enforceability compliance. 2. Treasury & Financing Documentation Drafting and reviewing: Rating Agency Letters of Intent Trust Deeds Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) Documentation Facility Agreements with Banks

3. Cross-Functional & External Coordination Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Administration, Finance, and Operations teams. Leading end-to-end transaction execution within stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT). Coordinating effectively with external law firms, solicitors, and regulatory consultants. Providing strategic legal input during deal structuring and negotiation phases.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Knowledge Management Monitoring and interpreting updates relating to: RBI Regulations (Digital Lending, Co-Lending, Outsourcing Guidelines) NHB Guidelines IRDAI Guidelines Data Protection & Information Security Laws
