Electronics Design Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronics Design Engineer with a strong background in the design and development of electronic systems for robotic applications. As a part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in the lifecycle of our innovative robotic machines, from concept through to deployment, focusing on creating efficient, reliable, and high-performing products. Key Responsibilities: ● Design and develop ESP32-based electronic circuits and systems for robotic applications in the food technology sector. ● Create detailed PCB designs using Altium Designer, including layout, fabrication, and assembly. ● Lead the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of projects with adherence to technical specifications. ● Perform hands-on assembly, soldering, and debugging of electronic components and systems. ● Expertise in designing and implementing DC-DC converters, AC to DC converters, and a thorough understanding of various electronic components. ● Design and implementation of control systems for stepper motors, DC motors, and their drivers. ● Collaborate with mechanical engineers and software developers to integrate electronic systems with mechanical components and software controls. ● Conduct rigorous testing and validation of all electronic designs to ensure system performance and reliability. ● Prepare technical documentation, including design files, schematics, and BOMs. ● Continuously research and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance product design and functionality. Qualifications: ● BTech in Electronics Engineering or a related field. ● 3 to 5 years of experience in electronics design, preferably in robotics or related fields. ● Proficiency in Altium Designer for PCB design. ● Strong skills in designing and implementing ESP32-based solutions. ● Experience with electronic assembly and soldering techniques. ● Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex electronic systems. ● Proven ability to manage entire project lifecycles with minimal supervision. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ● Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: ● Experience with CAD tools for electronic enclosure design. ● Knowledge of industry standards and certifications relevant to electronic design and robotics. ● Experience working with EMS providers and familiarity with complete production cycles is highly desirable. ● Prior experience in the food technology industry is a plus.
