Role purpose: As a Overseas Education Counsellor, you will guide ambitious students toward the right international courses and institutions. You will provide expert, personalized counselling and deliver a seamless experience throughout the application and admissions process. Candidates with experience working with top-tier global institutions globally will be highly preferred.

Key accountabilities: Achieve counselling, application, and conversion goals by managing leads, maintaining a strong pipeline, and driving successful student outcomes. Deliver exceptional guidance to students and families on courses, universities, admissions, and documentation. Participate in events and engagement activities to support lead generation and outreach. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and timely follow-ups throughout the student journey. Build strong, proactive relationships with students, parents, and university partners.

Required Experience & Skills Experience in counselling, or customer-service roles with proven target achievement. Strong understanding of global education systems and university admissions processes. Relevant qualifications and/or prior experience as an Overseas Education Counsellor. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong English proficiency. Ability to independently manage the full counselling cycle while delivering high service standards.
