Quality Assurance Executive

We are seeking dynamic Quality Assurance professionals with 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control from Lubricant industry only.

Job Activities: -

- To conduct incoming inspection of packaging materials viz., Barrels, Carboys, Buckets, Containers, Cartons, Labels, Lids, Caps and maintaining the records. - To prepare the PM related QCF(Quality Concern Form) and forward to sourcing team. - To verify corrective actions done by suppliers. - To carry out filling line visits, report & correct the observations. Maintain a track of all the observations. - To check finished goods condition at the dispatch stage, loading pattern in vehicles. - To support all teams for packaging related developments, concerns, defects, providing inputs during investigation in case of any PM related QPRs (Quality Problem Reporting) - To conduct product audit at central depot, prepare the audit report, sharing with concerned stakeholders for corrective action. - To conduct supplier audits for packaging materials, prepare the audit report, sharing with suppliers for corrective action, if any. - To report near miss & unsafe act/condition as per the requirements of the HSEQ. - To participate in monthly stock count activities. - To arrange samples for conducting tests on packaging materials at third party labs and comparing the results with TEMIPL specification. - To achieve the applicable departmental KPI's. - To conduct eSTL at plant as per the defined target.

Skills Required:-

- Postgraduate/Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 1-3 Years of experience is required in Quality Assurance from Lubricant industry only
