We’re Hiring: Community & Retention Manager (Gaming Ecosystem | Discord & Telegram)

Location : Remote Reports to : Organic Growth Lead Type : Full-time We are building a competitive, retention-led gaming ecosystem and are looking for a Community & Retention Manager to own player engagement across Discord and Telegram. This is not hype management. This is not spam moderation. This role is about building a healthy, competitive, trust-driven player culture. If performance brings users in, community ensures they stay.

What You’ll Own Day-to-day management of Discord and Telegram communities Moderation and tone control Conflict resolution and behaviour management Small tournaments, gameplay events, and competitive engagement Community feedback loops into growth & product Retention-support initiatives through engagement

You are responsible for making the community: Competitive Respectful Engaging Trustworthy

What You’ll Be Measured On: Active community users Participation rate in events Sentiment & quality of discussion Retention uplift from engaged users Clean moderation (low toxicity, low spam)

Growth in numbers without quality is not success.

Ideal Profile: 2–5+ years managing online communities Strong experience with Discord (mandatory) Experience in gaming, esports, or creator ecosystems Strong moderation & conflict resolution skills Clear communication & cultural sensitivity Comfortable handling pressure situations
