Role : Key Account Manager (Inside Sales) | Label Manufacturing | 5 Days Working
Location: Palodiya, Ahmedabad Gujarat 382115 (Work from Office)
Experience: 2 Year to 7 years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (5 Days)
Benefits: 5 Days working, PF, PT, Gratuity
CTC: Upto ₹5 LPA ₹6.6 LPA (Hike will be based on interview performance and current/last drawn salary)

Position Overview
Manage and grow a long-standing key client account
Act as a strategic partner while driving revenue growth
Handle demanding stakeholders with a calm, solution-oriented approach
⭐ Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and strong relationships
Client Relationship Management
Act as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts
Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders
Proactively address client concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels
Account Strategy & Growth
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Drive account growth and increase overall business volume
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with revenue targets
Conduct regular performance and review meetings with clients
Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution
Resolve client issues professionally within defined timelines
Handle complex or impractical client requests tactfully
Maintain composure and trust during high-pressure situations
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with Production, Sales, Design, and cross-functional teams
⏱ Ensure timely delivery and quality output as per client expectations
Align internal stakeholders through clear and effective communication
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor account performance, sales growth, and new opportunities
✅ Track issues and ensure timely closure
Analyze client feedback to improve services and processes
Autonomous Working
Independently manage day-to-day account operations
Take ownership of client deliverables and business outcomes
Drive growth with minimal supervision
Authority & Decision Making
Approve pricing and discounts within defined limits
Approve customer orders as per company policy
⚠ Escalate critical issues to senior management when required
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients
Required Skill Set
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical thinking
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation capabilities

Strong business acumen with a revenue-focused mindset
Confident, resilient, and independent working style
Proven experience in managing demanding clients and complex accounts
