What you'll do: Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department including Cash receipts & payments Revenue recognition & accounting General ledger Payroll & utilities Expense planning and management Budget preparation & variance analysis Assets reconciliation Monitor & analyze financial data and produce financial reports & statements (including P&L, balance sheet and cash flows) Treasury operations, including over weekends Establish and enforce proper expense policies and principles Coordinate and complete annual audits Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions Ensure adherence to regulatory dictates while fostering the company’s business growth Support CEO and CFO in fund raising activities, as required

Required Experience: Over 7 years’ experience

as accounting manager, accounting supervisor, controller or treasury manager Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations In depth knowledge of principles, policies, and practices related to payment operations as well as expertise in digital payment processing. Education: MBA Finance, BBA Finance Ability to manage relationships internally (with key stakeholders) and externally (bankers, auditors) Willingness to work in an early-stage company Financial services / payments industry background preferred Must be an “Owner & Entrepreneur” in the highest degree in the deployment of Company resources
