We help SMEs and enterprises digitally transform using cloud-based ERP, CRM, HRMS, and finance automation solutions. Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Senior SaaS / ERP Sales Executive with 3–5 years of proven B2B IT sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and closing high-value ERP / SaaS deals. This is a full-time, on-site role in Chennai. Remote work is not permitted. Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Business Development Identify and generate qualified B2B leads across industries. Target SMEs, mid-market, and enterprise clients. Conduct field visits and in-person meetings within Chennai and nearby regions. 2️⃣ Consultative Selling Understand client business processes and pain points. Recommend suitable Zoho solutions such as: Zoho One Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho People Zoho Creator Conduct product demonstrations (online & physical meetings). Work closely with the technical/implementation team for solution scoping. 3️⃣ Sales Cycle Ownership Manage complete sales lifecycle: Lead qualification Requirement analysis Proposal & pricing Negotiation Deal closure Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 4️⃣ Revenue & Target Achievement Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets. Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Build long-term client relationships for recurring SaaS revenue. Required Skills 3–5 years of experience in SaaS / ERP / CRM / IT Sales Strong B2B consultative selling ability Experience handling CXOs, founders, finance heads, and HR heads Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-driven, target-oriented mindset Willingness to work from office (Chennai-based role) Qualification Any Graduate (MBA – Marketing preferred) Strong communication skills (English & Tamil preferred) Performance Metrics (KPIs) Monthly / Quarterly Revenue Target New Customer Acquisition Lead-to-Closure Conversion Ratio Average Deal Size Recurring Revenue Contribution Compensation Structure Competitive Fixed Salary Attractive Performance-Based Incentives Travel Allowance (for client meetings) Growth into Enterprise Sales / Sales Manager Role ⚖

Employment Conditions Full-time on-site role (No remote / hybrid working). Performance will be reviewed monthly and quarterly. Continuation of employment is subject to achieving agreed performance benchmarks and adherence to company policies.
