The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Who you are ?
2–4 years of proven consultative sales experience
Consistently met or exceeded revenue targets
Hustler mindset—proactive, persistent, and initiative-led
Learns fast—processes, products, and customer motivations
Hands-on with AI tools for sales workflows (non-negotiable)
such as:
AI-based research (program insights, competitor study, job roles etc.)
Lead nurturing using personalized messaging
Call prep and objection handling
Building outreach sequences
CRM automation support (ZOHO)
Strong probing skills—ability to uncover motivations and objections
Deep empathy and active listening
Intelligent communication—clear, concise, consultative
Comfortable learning new CRMs quickly
Comfortable speaking with both working professionals and parents
What You Will Do
Manage complete sales funnel from lead to closure
Use AI tools to improve sales productivity and conversion, including:
Pre-call research
Competitor comparison
Lead qualification questions
Drafting messages/cadences
Preparing objection responses
Creating follow-up templates
Run structured discovery and probing conversations
Maintain CRM hygiene and deal progress
Deliver monthly and quarterly targets
Learn continuously about higher education trends
