is building the next generation of polished, scalable Roblox games/experiences designed to handle massive player counts while staying smooth, fun, and memorable. We’re expanding our Roblox division and looking for

skilled Roblox Developers

who enjoy solving complex gameplay problems, optimizing performance, and turning creative ideas into live, player-loved experiences. Whether it’s an action-heavy combat game, a social multiplayer world, or a long-term live-ops experience — you’ll be helping shape projects meant to scale.

What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and ship Roblox experiences using

Roblox Studio & Lua Build gameplay systems, combat mechanics, UI, and multiplayer features Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and product leads Develop scalable systems for Player progression, In-game economies and Events & live updates Optimize performance for

mobile, low-end, and cross-platform devices Debug, profile, and refactor systems for stability and scalability Participate in playtests and contribute feedback to improve gameplay feel Stay up to date with Roblox engine updates and best practices

What We’re Looking For: 1.5+ year

of hands-on Roblox development experience Strong proficiency in

Lua / Luau Solid understanding of

Client–server architecture, Replication & networking, DataStores & player data handling Ability to prototype quickly and iterate based on feedback Experience maintaining or updating live Roblox games Clean coding habits and performance-first mindset Team player comfortable working in a fast-moving studio environment Passion for building games players keep coming back to

Bonus Points: Shipped a Roblox game with strong player metrics Experience with F2P systems, Progression loops, Monetization & economies Background in

Unity (C#)

or other game engines Familiarity with analytics, balancing, or telemetry tools Interest in action, competitive, RPG, or large-scale multiplayer games
