You will be a part of the Customer support team handling Inbound & Outbound calls based on the requirement.

Roles and Responsibilities
● Need to be flexible with rotating shift schedules based on business requirements.
● Ensuring that customers are satisfied with good service.
● Following up with customers to check that they're satisfied with the updates.
● Letting customers know about additional features & options based on the scenarios.
● Need to handle escalation queries & concerns.
● Working with a team of CSR & other departments to find appropriate solutions.
Skills Required:
● Candidate should have 3-6 years of experience with Spanish language
● Should have completed B1/B2 level in Spanish language.
● Need to work on multitasking based on requirements.
● Good call handling skills.
● Basic knowledge on MS office & word.
● Added advantage of handling English customers when required.
● Added advantage if candidate has prior experience with Latin American.
Qualifications:
● Any Graduate.
● B1/B2 level certification in Spanish Language with any authorized institutions.
