Role Description

This is a full-time Branch Manager role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for remote work. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for building you team of RMs & overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing a team, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring Advisors satisfaction. You will also be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with Advisors.

- Experience in branch management and business development - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent sales and negotiation skills - Ability to develop and implement business strategies - Excellent relationship management skills - Knowledge of wealth management products and services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in the finance industry is a plus. - Must have NISM V-A Certification.
