About the Role:

Kripalu Care Foundation is seeking a creative and research-oriented Recipe Developer who can design healthy, nutritious, innovative, and practical recipes aligned with holistic wellness principles. This role is ideal for someone passionate about conscious eating, natural ingredients, and lifestyle-based healing. Strong fluency in English and Hindi is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and standardize healthy, plant-based / wellness-oriented recipes

* Experiment with ingredients while maintaining taste, nutrition, and simplicity

* Standardization: Create detailed recipe cards, including gram-exact measurements, preparation methods, and plating guides to ensure consistency. Document recipes with clear measurements and methods and nutritional intent

* Testing: Conduct rigorous taste tests and refine recipes based on feedback regarding flavour, texture, and cost.

* Collaborate with wellness experts for alignment with our philosophy.

* Assist in content creation (print/video).

* Training: Assist in training kitchen staff on new menu implementation.

Desired Profile:

* Freshers should not hesitate to apply. Background in nutrition, culinary arts, naturopathy, wellness, or home science (formal or experiential) is a plus.

* Experience in also creating oil free, steamed or raw food-based recipes would be an added advantage.

* Strong understanding of healthy cooking methods and ingredient combinations.

* Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to learn our unique approach

* Ability to work on-site in a calm, disciplined environment
