Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Program Manager who will work closely with the CHRO and senior leadership team to drive key HR programs, people strategy, and organizational initiatives. The role will focus on managing cross-functional HR projects, improving HR processes, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment of HR programs with business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have strong program management capabilities, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management skills, along with expertise in HR analytics, reporting, and strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership Support
Work closely with the CHRO in developing and implementing the organization’s people strategy.
Support leadership in planning and executing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Participate in leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and HR governance forums to provide insights and recommendations.
Assist in translating leadership vision into actionable HR programs and initiatives.
2. HR Program & Project Management
Lead and manage end-to-end HR programs and strategic initiatives across functions.
Design and implement new HR initiatives, transformation programs, and process improvement projects.
Develop program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of HR programs.
3. HR Operations & SLA Management
Define, monitor, and improve HR Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across HR processes.
Ensure operational efficiency and consistency in HR service delivery.
Identify areas of improvement and implement process optimization and automation initiatives.
Work closely with HR operations teams to improve employee experience and service quality.
4. HR Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring performance, engagement scores, productivity, and workforce trends.
Present data insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Build predictive insights and performance reports for HR initiatives.
5. Stakeholder & Leadership Management
Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to implement HR programs.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in driving people-related initiatives.
Facilitate communication and coordination between HR teams and business units.
6. HR Transformation & New Initiatives
Identify opportunities for new HR projects, automation, and digital transformation.
Drive initiatives related to employee experience, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
Support rollout of annual HR initiatives, programs, and organization-wide projects.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strategic HR thinking and business acumen
Strong HR program and project management skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Stakeholder management and leadership communication
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
Excellent presentation and reporting skills
Preferred Background
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience in HR transformation, program management, or HR strategy roles
Exposure to working with senior leadership / CHRO office is a strong advantage
Experience in MNC or large corporate environment preferred.
