Company Description AdMitra is an AI-powered platform that enables brands to generate hyperlocal, on-brand video and poster creatives at scale for their dealer networks.

Instead of one generic national ad, AdMitra helps brands create hundreds of localized variants — customized by language, location, and dealership so that content feels authentic and performs better on local digital channels like WhatsApp, Google Business Profiles, and social platforms.

Our long-term vision is to become the operating system for dealer-level marketing — spanning creative generation, distribution, follow-ups, and automated customer engagement.

About the Role This is a high-ownership, execution and creative-heavy role working directly with the founders to run large-scale, dealer-level creative operations on the AdMitra platform.

You will be responsible for turning brand-level creative intent into hundreds of high-quality, localized video and poster ads every month, ensuring timely delivery, iterative improvements, and smooth coordination across internal teams and external dealer stakeholders.

This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking, platform operations, and stakeholder communication ideal for someone who wants deep exposure to how an early-stage startup operates at scale.

What You’ll Be Responsible For 1. Creative Planning & Storyboarding Take high-level creative intent provided by brands and convert it into clear, executable storyboards for video and poster ads. Research and analyze: What types of ads perform well for similar categories. Formats, hooks, and narratives likely to work best at a local/dealer level Define scene-by-scene intent for videos before execution on the platform.

2. Platform Operations (AdMitra) Operate the AdMitra platform end-to-end: Create video clips for each scene, language, and regional variation. Ensure all required assets are generated before final rendering. Generate finalized video ads and posters only after: All scenes are correctly set up. Regional and dealer-specific details are verified Manage high-volume output consistently (100+ creatives/month).

3. Review Cycles & Iterations Incorporate feedback from brand points of contact: Edit creatives based on comments. Make refinements to storyboards, visuals, or structure as requested Ensure revisions are implemented accurately and efficiently without breaking brand consistency.

4. Dealer Coordination & Onboarding Communicate directly with dealer representatives to: Onboard them onto the content flow. Collect dealership images to be used in creatives. Gather contact details of sales personnel for use in ads Maintain clean records of dealer inputs and ensure no gaps in required information.

What We’re Looking For Strong execution mindset: comfortable handling volume, repetition, and detail Good creative intuition (you don’t need to be a designer, but you should understand what makes ads work) - experience with generative AI Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams without dropping quality Comfortable working directly with founders and external stakeholders

Bonus (not mandatory): Prior exposure to digital marketing, video ads, or social media content Familiarity with tools like Canva, video editors, or ad platforms Experience coordinating with clients or field teams
