AI Engineer – Microsoft Copilot Studio

We are seeking an

AI Engineer with experience building enterprise AI assistants and automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy

AI copilots, conversational agents, and intelligent workflows

integrated with enterprise systems. This role will focus on building

real-world AI use cases using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and modern LLM frameworks , enabling organizations to automate processes, augment decision-making, and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities Build AI Copilot Solutions Design and implement

AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio Build

conversational AI agents for internal and external enterprise use cases Develop AI assistants for

knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and decision support Integrate AI with Enterprise Systems Integrate copilots with: Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Dynamics 365 SharePoint Azure services Connect copilots with

external APIs, databases, and business applications Develop Intelligent AI Workflows Build

agentic workflows and automation pipelines Implement

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

for enterprise knowledge bases Use

Azure OpenAI or other LLMs

for advanced reasoning and conversational intelligence

Use Case Development Design copilots for scenarios such as: Customer service automation IT helpdesk assistants HR onboarding copilots Knowledge assistants for internal teams Healthcare / enterprise workflow automation Document Q&A copilots AI Governance & Optimization Ensure

secure and responsible AI deployment Implement

prompt engineering, testing, and optimization Monitor performance and improve accuracy Required Skills Core AI Skills Strong understanding of

LLMs and Generative AI Experience with

prompt engineering Knowledge of

RAG architectures Microsoft Ecosystem Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform Power Automate Power Apps Azure OpenAI Azure AI services Programming Python or JavaScript REST APIs Integration development Data & AI Tools Vector databases (Pinecone, Azure AI Search, etc.) LangChain / Semantic Kernel (nice to have) Preferred Experience Experience building

enterprise copilots or AI assistants Experience with

agentic AI systems Experience integrating

AI with CRM, ERP, or enterprise platforms Exposure to

LLMOps and AI observability

Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in

Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field 7+ years experience in software engineering or AI development Experience building

production AI applications
