Role Purpose
The Oracle Solutions Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within the IT organization and sits on the IT Leadership Team. This Director‑level role is accountable for optimizing, governing, and evolving the Oracle Fusion application ecosystem across the enterprise. The role ensures that Oracle Fusion solutions are configured and supported to meet business needs across Payroll (US & UK), Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Security, Finance, Projects, Procurement, HCM, and Reporting.
This role provides strategic direction and governance across Oracle Fusion operations, supports audit and compliance requirements, and acts as a key partner across data and systems integration initiatives. It also collaborates with the business to drive performance improvements through enhanced business intelligence solutions.
Key Accountabilities
Oracle Fusion Leadership & Strategy
In partnership with Oracle workstream owners; define end-to-end Oracle Fusion application strategy, roadmap, and governance to ensure platform maturity, scalability, and alignment with enterprise goals.
Provide subject matter leadership and over Payroll (US & UK), ORC, Security, Finance, Projects, Procurement, HCM, and Reporting modules.
Act as the primary technology partner to ELT and business leaders for Oracle related capabilities, enhancements, and long term planning.
Configuration, Support & Optimization
Lead configuration, administration, and ongoing improvements across all in scope Oracle Fusion modules.
Oversee incident resolution, root cause analysis, and change management processes to ensure stable and compliant system operations.
Ensure Oracle quarterly updates are evaluated, impact assessed, tested, and deployed effectively.
Audit, Compliance & Security
Own Oracle Fusion security model governance, including role design, access controls, and segregation‑of‑duties compliance.
Partner with Internal Audit, HRIS, and Finance to ensure the platform meets all regulatory, financial, payroll, and data‑protection requirements.
Maintain documentation, controls, and evidence to support audits.
Data, Systems Integration & Architecture
Act as the primary liaison for Oracle data flows, integrations, and architecture across internal and external systems.
Partner with integration teams to ensure API‑based and middleware‑based integrations are secure, scalable, and reliable.
Ensure master data consistency and integration governance across HR, payroll, finance, and operational / project landscapes.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Drive the delivery of reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion, OTBI, BI Publisher, and downstream analytics platforms.
Partner with the Business Intelligence team to evolve enterprise reporting and data models to support strategic decision making.
Promote self-service reporting capability and standardization across functions.
Cross Functional Business Partnership
Serve as a strategic advisor and point of escalation for business teams.
Identify business challenges and opportunities for technology driven improvements across Oracle platforms.
Lead solution design sessions, requirements gathering, and roadmap alignment.
Program, Change & Release Management
Lead major Oracle related initiatives, enhancements, and project portfolios.
Ensure structured change management practices are followed to drive adoption, minimize disruption, and embed new capabilities.
Oversee testing strategy, including UAT management and release governance.
Innovation
Design, propose and implement AI agent solutions within Oracle platform which drive trackable business benefit.
Team Leadership
Mentor and develop internal Oracle analysts, functional experts, and technical leads.
Build a culture of capability development, knowledge sharing, and excellence in Oracle solution delivery.

Candidate Profile:
Experience & Capability
15+ years of tangible experience across multiple Oracle Fusion modules
Strong experience with Oracle HCM, Payroll (US & UK), ORC, Security, and Financials.
Proven leadership managing Oracle platforms
Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance in HR or Finance environments
Strong background in solution design, business analysis, and transformation delivery.
Technical Strength
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, configuration, workflows, and data structures.
Strong proficiency with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle reporting frameworks.
Knowledge of role‑based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties, and security frameworks.
Understanding of payroll compliance (US & UK), employment lifecycle processes, and financial operations.
