Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Lead requirement analysis and frontend technical design in collaboration with Product, UX, QA, and Backend teams 2. Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS 3. Define and enforce frontend best practices for performance, accessibility (WCAG), security, and code quality 4. Design and govern application state management using NgRx, ensuring predictable and scalable data flow 5. Oversee frontend–backend integration by consuming REST APIs built on .NET, ensuring smooth data exchange and error handling 6. Lead and mentor a team of Angular developers and .NET backend developers through code reviews and technical guidance 7. Drive frontend performance optimization, focusing on Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/FID), bundle size reduction, lazy loading, and efficient change detection 8. Support frontend-related Azure integrations, including environment configuration and SSO/authentication using Azure AD (OAuth2 / OIDC) 9. Participate in sprint planning, estimations, architectural decisions, and technical roadmap discussions 10. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases and resolve UI and integration issues

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development with strong Angular leadership experience 2. Expert-level proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript 3. Strong hands-on experience with RxJS and NgRx for reactive programming and state management 4. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, responsive and mobile-first design 5. Proven experience integrating REST APIs with .NET backend systems 6. Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization and Core Web Vitals 7. Experience or exposure to Azure services and Azure AD–based SSO implementations 8. Demonstrated experience in team leadership, mentoring, and code reviews 9. Experience with unit testing tools such as Jest
