We are looking for an experienced Oracle Record-to-Report (R2R) Functional Consultant with a strong background in accounting and finance to support end-to-end General Ledger and Financial Reporting transformations. The ideal candidate should have deep functional expertise in Oracle ERP (Oracle Fusion preferred; EBS acceptable) along with hands-on experience in month-end close, financial reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance. This role requires the ability to collaborate with both Finance and IT teams to translate accounting requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

Responsibilities Finance & R2R Functional Leadership Lead implementation and support of Oracle R2R modules, including: General Ledger (GL) Subledger Accounting (SLA) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management Intercompany Accounting Financial Reporting (OTBI, SmartView, BI Publisher) Design and configure: Chart of Accounts (COA) Ledger structures Legal entities and business units Accounting rules Journal approval workflows Support month-end and year-end financial close optimization. Configure accounting for multi-currency and multi-GAAP environments. Manage intercompany accounting and eliminations. Configure Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules and mapping sets. Finance Transformation Conduct workshops with Controllers and CFO teams to gather requirements. Map current finance processes and design future-state R2R workflows. Improve automation and reduce financial close cycle time. Implement improvements in reconciliation and financial reporting. Enable financial transparency across global entities. Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with P2P, O2C, Projects, Tax, and Treasury teams. Ensure accurate subledger-to-GL integration. Validate accounting impact of system changes. Work with technical teams on: Reports Integrations Data migration Conversions Compliance & Governance Support SOX compliance and audit readiness. Design internal controls within ERP systems. Ensure configurations meet statutory and regulatory requirements. Support quarterly patch impact assessments for Oracle Fusion. Go-Live & Support Prepare documentation including FDDs, BR100 documents, and configuration workbooks. Support SIT, UAT, and cutover activities. Provide post-go-live hypercare support. Act as L2/L3 support for R2R issues. Required Qualifications 6+ years of Oracle ERP experience in R2R modules. Strong accounting and finance background. 2–3 full lifecycle ERP implementations. Hands-on experience with: General Ledger (GL) Subledger Accounting (SLA) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management Strong understanding of: Journal entries Financial statements Intercompany transactions Reconciliations Consolidation basics Experience supporting month-end financial close processes. Excellent stakeholder communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Fusion Financials Certification Experience with: Oracle EPM (FCCS) ARCS SmartView Redwood UI Exposure to automation tools and AI-driven financial reporting. Experience working in multi-entity global organizations.
