Role Summary
We're looking for a self-starter and go-getter who can keep PMO operations running smoothly, support leadership with sharp reporting, and coordinate seamlessly across teams—all with minimal hand-holding.
What You'll Do
Run day-to-day PMO operations and maintain delivery visibility across teams
Build leadership dashboards, executive decks, and operational reports with high accuracy
Coordinate with delivery, finance, and HR teams to gather updates and flag risks
Manage trackers for headcount, resource utilization, billing inputs, and KPIs
Support business reviews by consolidating data and surfacing key insights
Organize leadership meetings, capture MoMs, and follow up on action items
Spot process gaps and proactively drive improvements
What We're Looking For
3–4 years of experience strictly in the
IT Services industry
Strong
MS Office skills
— Excel, PowerPoint (will be evaluated in-office)
Sharp business acumen with the ability to connect dots across functions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and figures things out independently
