mechanical design, pressure vessels, flow systems, and pilot-scale equipment , along with the leadership ability to manage a
cross-functional design and drafting team
This role is ideal for a
deeply hands-on design leader —someone who doesn’t just optimize existing designs, but
creates new systems from first principles , solves complex engineering problems, and thrives on challenges that
do not yet have standard answers .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the
entire design and drafting team , ensuring timely and accurate delivery of engineering drawings and 3D models.
Be the person responsible for New Product development (NPD)
Oversee the
design and detailing
of equipment like
pressure reactors, Nutsche filters, flow systems, skid-mounted assemblies, and heat exchangers .

Review and approve mechanical drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, and fabrication details.
Collaborate with the
sales, production, quality, and R&D teams
to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and performance.
Drive
CAD/CAE optimization, BOM standardization, and design automation initiatives .
Mentor the design team on
best practices, new tools, and design methodologies .
Support client interactions during technical discussions, design finalization, and customization reviews.
Evaluate and implement
design software upgrades
and digital tools to improve productivity and innovation.
