Project Manager – Structural Engineering Experienced Structural Project Manager with 4+ years of design expertise and 2+ years of site execution experience in RCC residential and commercial projects. Skilled in leading multidisciplinary coordination, managing engineering teams, and delivering structurally sound, code-compliant designs within timelines.

Key Responsibilities: Review and coordinate Architectural, MEP, and Geotechnical consultant drawings to ensure structural compatibility and execution feasibility. Lead and manage a team of minimum 4 engineers (Design Engineers & Design Review Engineers). Conduct technical reviews, design validations, and quality checks before submission. Attend client meetings, provide technical clarifications, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Indian Standard Codes including IS 456, IS 1893, IS 875, IS 13920, IS 16700, and related guidelines. Perform structural analysis and design using ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, and RCDC. Execute detailed drafting and coordination through AutoCAD. Prepare and review design calculations including manual hand calculations and structural analysis. Utilize MS Excel for design optimization, quantity checks, and reporting. Resolve site-level structural challenges with practical and economical solutions. Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to project execution.
