Sr. Sitecore Developer

Job Title: Senior Sitecore Developer Experience Required: 10-15 years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Sitecore professional to own architecture, technical strategy, and delivery of enterprise-scale Sitecore solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise combined with technical leadership and client-facing ownership.

Key Responsibilities: ● Own end-to-end engineering and technical design for Sitecore XP, XM, and XM Cloud solutions. ● Lead complex implementations including multisite, multilingual, headless, and composable architectures. ● Drive technical decisions related to content modeling, personalization, search, and system integrations. ● Provide hands-on guidance in custom development, performance optimization, and scalable solution design. ● Enforce Sitecore best practices, Helix principles, and coding standards across teams. ● Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions. ● Mentor senior developers and review critical code and architectural designs. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● 10–15 years of experience in .NET web development with deep expertise in Sitecore. ● Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, SXA, Headless (JSS), and Sitecore Cloud. ● Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web APIs, and Sitecore pipelines. ● Experience working with headless frontends such as React or Next.js and Sitecore Layout Services. ● Strong understanding of content architecture, personalization, analytics, and search technologies (Solr). ● Experience working in enterprise, client-facing environments. ● Excellent communication skills with strong technical leadership abilities.
