Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Create realistic, first-person prompts based on actual job workflows Design tasks that reflect real-world public sector and policy scenarios Select and use relevant public data/documents as input files Ensure prompts are clear, specific, and aligned to the occupation Review tasks for accuracy, completeness, and real-world relevance Requirements: Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Management, or related field Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail Relevant experience in government, social services, compliance, or administration is a plus
