Backed by industry association, SEMI, the Program brings together professionals with 15+ years within the semiconductor space to join a network of leaders transitioning their deep expertise to the next phase of their career.

As a member of the Founding Cohort, Contributors can be part- or fully retired and/or consulting, looking to expand their reach beyond their immediate role, build a more consultative approach to their day-to-day, or simply share their views.

The Role

As a Contributor, you will serve as a pillar of industry wisdom

offering immense opportunities for professional growth and development. You will play a vital role in ensuring signal integrity within the semiconductor sector by contributing your expert perspective to real-time data and industry shifts.

Key Responsibilities Participation in this Program is designed to be flexible and respect your professional capacity. Verified Contributors are encouraged to engage in one or more of the activities listed below based on their specific interests and availability; involvement in all areas is not a requirement.

Expert Commentary:

Contribute expert thoughts and opinions on live signals, market pulses, and data points hosted on the Conductor platform.

Mentorship:

Guide the next generation of semiconductor talent through the Mentor Marketplace, providing one-off or long-term advisory support.

Thought Leadership:

Provide strategic insights and serve as a lead voice during Conductor events and industry discussions.

Knowledge Sharing:

Participate in a \"swarm\" of verified experts to help industry organizations sense and respond to emerging issues.

Qualifications

Retired professional or an active professional with

at least 10 years

of semiconductor industry experience.

Background in senior-level roles in areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, equipment, procurement, or strategy.

A commitment to maintaining professional standards and fostering a safe, expert-led community.
