Position Overview: As a

HR Executive , you will play a key role in creating a positive employee experience and driving organizational success. This position combines

HR Operations

and

Talent Acquisition , offering exposure to a wide range of HR functions. You will manage smooth onboarding and exit processes, support engagement initiatives, and maintain strong employee relations. In addition, you will contribute in building a talented workforce by assisting with recruitment strategies and employer branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate records. Handle onboarding and exit formalities to ensure a seamless experience. Oversee employee relations and address minor grievances professionally. Support culture and engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction. Execute brand management initiatives for CSR & employer branding. Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. Talent Acquisition Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles. Source and screen candidates through various channels. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

Skills & Qualifications: MBA or Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field. Minimum 6 months of HR experience (internship or full-time). Understanding of HR processes and recruitment fundamentals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
