We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and lead the customer maintenance organization. The role requires strong expertise in maintenance contracts, customer relations, and quality management, with the ability to drive operational excellence, ensure contractual compliance, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Role Overview :
We are seeking an Innovation Program Manager to coordinate and manage one to two group-level innovation programs focused on strategic technology themes. This role is part of the Central Group Innovation team and acts as a key interface between the central innovation roadmap and the Business Areas, which lead development and execution. The Innovation Program Manager ensures alignment, governance, transparency, and progress tracking across stakeholders, while enabling effective execution without direct line management. This is a hands-on program management role suited for someone who enjoys working across teams, managing complexity, and turning strategy into coordinated action
Your role in our team:
• Manage and coordinate assigned innovation programs aligned with the Group’s central technology and innovation roadmap
• Act as the primary interface between Group Innovation and Business Areas, ensuring clarity on objectives, scope, timelines, and dependencies
• Coordinate program execution across Business Areas acting as the bridge between planning & execution
• Establish and maintain program plans, milestones, KPIs, and governance structures
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes; ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues
• Run program governance by preparing materials for steering committees, reviews, and decision forums
• Facilitate structured communication and collaboration across cross-functional and cross-business stakeholders
• Translate strategic and technology-driven topics into clear workstreams, action plans, and deliverables
• Develop and apply common frameworks, templates, and best practices to support consistency and scalability across innovation programs
• Prepare concise updates, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or similar roles in innovation, technology, or transformation environments
• Proven experience managing cross-functional, cross-business initiatives in a matrixed organization
• Ability to work confidently with technology-focused topics without needing to be a deep technical expert
• Strong planning, structuring, and execution skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable operating in an environment where execution is decentralized and coordination, alignment, and governance are central to success
• Familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident interacting with senior and diverse stakeholders
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); German is an advantage
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership
