Role Overview We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-performing video ads, reels, and animated content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities Create high-quality video ads and motion creatives for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms Design engaging animated videos, reels, explainer videos, and ad creatives Edit raw footage and enhance it with motion graphics, transitions, typography, and sound Develop performance-driven video creatives aligned with marketing strategies Collaborate with the content and performance marketing teams Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining quality Stay updated with video trends, hooks, transitions, and ad formats

Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in Motion Graphics / Video Editing Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks and ad psychology Experience creating paid ad creatives and social media video content Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment Strong time management and multitasking skills
