About the role We are looking for an Inventory Strategy & Operations Lead who will own the end-to-end inventory planning, tracking, and optimisation process across online and offline channels. This role will focus on planning, tracking, and improving core processes across fulfilment, warehousing, and other operational teams. You will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution, data-backed decision making, and scalable practices that support Aramya’s growth.

Key Responsibilities 1.Process Creation & SOP Building Design and implement SOPs for fulfilment, warehousing, and daily operations. Standardize workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve efficiency. Continuously refine processes based on data and feedback. 2.Program Management Lead projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations. Support execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns. 3.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with fulfilment and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order flow. Work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams. 4.Data & Analytics Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into operational health. Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.

Key Qualifications & Requirements 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 institute, Business, or a related discipline, with strong academic credentials. Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL. High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration.
