We’re hiring a Media Buyer / Creative Strategist (Meta Ads)
This role is not just about launching campaigns.
We run high-volume performance campaigns across Meta and Newsbreak and are looking for someone who understands that winning ads come from great creative and research — not just turning budgets on and off.
You’ll be working closely with our myself to find winning ad angles, develop creative concepts, and help launch and optimize campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
• Running and optimizing Meta ad campaigns
• Researching and spying on competitor ads to identify winning angles
• Developing new creative ideas and hooks
• Helping create ads (video editing / creative production)
• Working with our team to launch and test new campaigns
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the creative + analytical side of media buying.
Requirements
• Fluent English (we regularly collaborate on calls)
• Experience running Meta ads
• Experience creating or editing ad creatives (video/image)
• Experience spying on ads and researching competitors
• Strong understanding of what makes ads perform
Bonus if you have experience with:
• Affiliate marketing
• Lead generation funnels
• Creative testing systems
