Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detailoriented

Graphic Designer

with 4 + years of professional experience

in designing for social media platforms, paid promotions, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have a

strong portfolio

showcasing impactful digital designs, campaign creatives, and consistent brandfocused work.

Key Responsibilities Social Media & Digital Design Create highquality graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Develop visually appealing creatives for reels, stories, carousels, banners, and thumbnails. Ensure consistent branding across all digital assets. Paid Promotion & Campaign Design Design engaging creatives for

paid ads

on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms. Work with the marketing team to conceptualize ads that drive conversions and engagement. Adapt creatives for multiple formats, resolutions, and A/B testing. Branding & Visual Communication Develop brand elements, icons, illustrations, and marketing collaterals. Create designs for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns when required. Maintain and follow brand guidelines for visual consistency. Team Collaboration Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and UI/UX teams. Adapt designs based on feedback and deliver highquality outputs within deadlines.

Required Skills Strong command of

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma

(optional but preferred). Experience designing social media creatives and promotional ads. Strong visual storytelling, layout sense, color theory, and typography. Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously. Must have a

strong, wellbuilt portfolio

showcasing relevant digital work.

Good toHave Skills Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects. Experience with motion graphics for reels/ads. Exposure to branding projects or campaign-level design.
