Position: Head Finance & Administrations (Real Estate / Construction experience is mandatory please)

JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES : The Head of Administration and Finance is responsible for the overall finance and administration functions.

Business Integration:

Supervise and guide multi-functional departments including Finance, HR, Legal, and Customer Support to streamline business processes. Strategic Finance:

Manage the preparation of Financial Statements ($Balance Sheet$, $P&L$, $Cash Flow$) and lead the budgeting/forecasting cycles. Risk Management:

Facilitate internal and external audits while ensuring all disbursements and receipts strictly follow company policy. Human Capital Management:

Review and propose HR Development plans and manage the end-to-end Performance Management framework. Executive Reporting:

Provide the Board with timely data on revenue and expenditure to drive informed decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile Chartered Account / Must have a Masters Degree in Business Administration(MBA) in Finance. Must have a minimum of 8 years of working experience in real estate accounting and finance in single or multi-family housing. Good analytical skills Ability to work as a team member, and good presentation skills Demonstrated experience with design and implementation of enhanced financial systems and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting software programs and network administration.
