Role Overview: We are seeking a performance-driven

Sales & Marketing Manager

with proven expertise in revenue growth, strategic planning, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will lead revenue expansion initiatives, drive high-impact sales strategies, and convert business opportunities into measurable outcomes. This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience in online sales channels and marketplace operations will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Director in planning, executing, and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue targets. • Coordinate with internal teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans and budgets. • Develop engaging content for social media, SMS campaigns, emailers, e-commerce platforms, and

quick commerce marketplaces, coordinate with agencies for timely deliverables. • Manage and optimize brand presence on quick commerce platforms (product listings, inventory coordination, promotions, visibility, and performance tracking). • Plan and execute events, exhibitions, trade shows, and on-ground brand activations to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. • Conceptualize innovative campaigns and marketing ideas to increase website traffic and drive footfall. • Support the design and development of marketing collaterals and promotional materials. • Coordinate and train the call center team for new product launches, including creating FAQs and communication guidelines. • Manage and nurture relationships with B2B partners for corporate sales growth. • Prepare professional slide decks and presentations for B2B clients and internal training sessions. • Identify, recommend, and manage vendors for creative and cost-effective promotional activities. • Collaborate with departments such as gift wrapping, photography (product shoots), and workshops for marketing-related activities.

Product & Brand Positioning: Optimize product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional planning. Ensure premium brand presentation and consistency across all customer touchpoints. Monitor customer feedback and maintain strong brand reputation.

Campaigns & Promotions: Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and corporate gifting drives. Design bundled offers, discounts, and special promotions to increase sales volume. Ensure inventory readiness during high-demand periods. Analytics & Performance Management Track key business KPIs including revenue, conversion trends, customer acquisition cost, and average order value. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership review. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team members to achieve performance targets. Set clear goals and ensure accountability across functions. Foster a results-driven and high-performance culture.

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in BMM and MBA 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles. Experience in gifting, FMCG, lifestyle, or premium retail industries preferred. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

Candidates with a strong creative sense and prior experience in the gifting industry will be given preference.
