Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Delhi, India. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing onboarding and employee relations, implementing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive company culture. Additional responsibilities include performance management, professional development initiatives, employee engagement programs, and administrative support related to human resources.
Qualifications
Past experience in an Architecture / Interior Design Firm
Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and onboarding processes
Proficiency in HR policies, legal compliance, and employee relations
Skills in performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement
Knowledge of professional development, training programs, and HR administration
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certification (e.g., SHRM or PHR) is a plus
Previous experience in an architectural, design, or creative industry environment is an advantage
Proficiency in HR software and tools
