Lead Frontend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and challenges, develop new user-facing features using Angular and React providing recommendations and solutions that enhance and simplify the consumption of the tool and drive business success. - Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs - Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, develop data science products or tools to solve client’s challenges - Stay updated with the latest developments in frontend engineering and collaborate with a fast moving and innovative interdisciplinary team. - Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Job Requirements: - 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in frontend development - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field from a Tier 1 technical Institute - Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular and React - Proficiency in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux. - Knowledge of build tools like Webpack - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Experienced with version control systems such as Git - Experienced with graphic design applications (e.G., Adobe Illustrator) - Experience with working with dashboards/ data visualizations - Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus - Experience with FIGMA is a plus - An understanding of the principles of SEO - Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and mobile-first development
