The Boston Institute of Analytics is a career-focused education organization specializing in programs in data science, artificial intelligence, finance, cybersecurity, and analytics. As part of its expansion, the organization is strengthening its internal hiring function and is seeking an HR executive—talent acquisition—to manage recruitment coordination and consultancy partnerships across Mumbai. The selected candidate will be directly employed by Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA).

Role Overview This role focuses on recruitment execution, consultancy coordination, and hiring delivery. The HR executive will work closely with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple roles. The position is primarily centered on talent acquisition operations and vendor coordination rather than general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination & Execution Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination for assigned hiring requirements. Understand role requirements from hiring managers and translate them into clear briefs for recruitment partners. Ensure timely candidate flow for open positions and support hiring timelines.

HR Consultancy & Vendor Management (Core Responsibility) Act as the primary point of contact for HR consultancies and recruitment agencies across Mumbai. Share job requirements, screening criteria, and hiring expectations with agency partners. Maintain regular follow-ups with consultancies for candidate submissions. Track agency performance and submission quality. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with recruitment partners. Support faster closures through structured agency engagement.

Candidate Pipeline Management Review candidate profiles received from consultancies and job portals. Conduct initial HR screening discussions. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback. Ensure smooth candidate progression across hiring stages.

Job Posting & Sourcing Support Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and relevant hiring platforms. Support sourcing through job portals and internal databases. Maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring requirements.

Recruitment Reporting & Tracking Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards. Monitor hiring metrics such as submission ratios, interview conversions, and time-to-close. Provide regular hiring updates and status reports.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination. Prior experience working with HR consultancies or recruitment agencies. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or similar hiring platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Good to Have Experience hiring for EdTech, sales, academic, or operations roles. Exposure to vendor or agency management. Understanding of recruitment funnels and hiring metrics.
