Summary
The Presales Associate plays a critical role in supporting Client Partners through personalized outbound engagement and operational excellence. This role focuses on executing high-quality, one-to-one outreach while maintaining exceptional data integrity across CRM and sales tooling. In addition to daily execution, the Presales Associate contributes to process documentation, pattern identification, and interim automation efforts that support the evolution of AI-enabled sales workflows. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured yet evolving environments and enjoys bridging sales execution with process improvement.
Job Description
Execute personalized outbound outreach to existing and prospective client contacts on behalf of Client Partners.
Use CRM and sales tools to send, track, and accurately log all communications.
Apply standardized tags, notes, and contextual details to capture outreach outcomes and intent.
Collaborate closely with Client Partners to ensure messaging aligns with account history and engagement strategy.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and consistency to support reporting, analytics, and future automation.
Document recurring outreach patterns and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Operate daily within Salesforce, Pipeliner, and Revenoid to sustain presales momentum.
Submit successful personalization patterns to Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) leadership for automation consideration.
Provide bi-weekly feedback to Tech Enablement and Product teams by identifying manual tasks ready for automation.
Requirements
Strong understanding of B2B sales workflows, preferably within staffing or professional services environments.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
Ability to craft high-context, one-to-one sales messages that align with brand voice and personalization triggers.
Proven capability to document manual processes and translate them into step-by-step workflow logic.
Strong data integrity mindset with attention to detail in CRM tagging and documentation.
Exposure to sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue operations is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content generation, data enrichment, or automation.
Comfort working within transitional, evolving systems and processes.
