Deccan PU College is hiring an experienced and dedicated Kannada Faculty with 3–5 years of teaching experience to deliver effective classroom instruction, improve student language skills, and support academic excellence. Key Responsibilities Teach

Kannada

for PU students as per the prescribed syllabus and academic plan Plan and deliver interactive lessons to improve

reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension Prepare students for

exams, internal assessments, and board-level evaluations Conduct tests, assignments, and revision sessions regularly Encourage student participation through activities like

debates, speech, essay writing, and language exercises Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports Provide guidance and mentoring to students for academic improvement Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and college events Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment Required Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Kannada

(MA Kannada preferred) B.Ed
