Lead, train, and monitor Admission Counsellors to meet targets Oversee the admissions process from lead to conversion Track performance, conduct reviews, and improve conversion ratios Coordinate with marketing and academic teams Ensure CRM accuracy and quality communication with leads Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 4–6 years of experience in sales/EdTech admissions At least 1 year of team-handling experience Strong leadership, communication, and target-oriented mindset Apply
