We are looking for an enthusiastic

HR Recruiter Intern

to support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates. This internship will provide hands-on experience in the recruitment process and exposure to hiring in engineering and technical domains. Key Responsibilities Assist in

sourcing candidates

through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate with candidates to

schedule interviews . Maintain candidate data and update

recruitment trackers . Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback. Support the HR team in

end-to-end recruitment activities . Assist in

job posting and database management . Required Skills Good

communication and interpersonal skills . Basic knowledge of

recruitment and HR processes . Ability to

work in a fast-paced environment . Good

MS Excel and documentation skills . Education Any Graduate / MBA (HR) pursuing or completed . Learning Opportunities Hands-on experience in

technical recruitment . Exposure to

interview coordination and candidate management . Understanding of the

complete hiring process .
