Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven
Lead Generation Specialist
who can build predictable pipelines through cold email outreach, marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing systems.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience generating leads for IT services or digital agencies and is excellent at campaign execution, sequencing, targeting, list building, and funnel tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Execute cold email outreach campaigns end-to-end
Build targeting lists and ICP-based lead databases
Create and optimise multi-step
email sequences
for conversions
Manage outreach tools and inboxes
to ensure high delivery & reply rates
Marketing & Growth Activities
Run Meta Ads and other paid campaigns for lead generation
Lead nurturing through email automation
and retargeting funnels
Research industries, ICPs, and competitors to improve targeting
Support the creation of landing pages, lead magnets, and cold assets
CRM & Reporting
Maintain CRM
hygiene and lead movement stages
Track campaign metrics - delivery, open, reply, booked calls, conversion
Share weekly dashboards with clear outcomes and learnings
Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience in Lead Generation / B2B Growth
Mandatory experience working with
IT Services / Digital Agency / SaaS
Strong knowledge of
cold email tools, sequencing, and deliverability
Experience with
LinkedIn outreach and database building tools
Comfortable
running Meta Ads
or similar paid campaigns
Proficient with CRM
platforms and marketing automation tools
Basic understanding of sales funnels and appointment-setting metrics
Experience with Upwork or bidding platforms
