Experience 5โ€“10 years (Event sponsorships, brand partnerships, media sales preferred)

Key Responsibilities Drive

sponsorship revenue

for assigned events by acquiring new brand partners Create

customized sponsorship proposals

aligned with brand objectives Identify and approach potential sponsors across categories (Auto, FMCG, Alcobev, BFSI, Tech, Luxury, etc.) Conduct

client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Close high-value sponsorship deals and ensure revenue targets are met Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams for seamless sponsor integration Manage

end-to-end sponsor lifecycle

โ€“ from pitch to execution to post-event reporting Ensure sponsor deliverables, branding, and integrations are executed as per commitment Build strong relationships with CMOs, event marketeers, and brand decision-makers Track pipeline, forecasts, and reports Stay updated on market trends, competitive events, and sponsorship innovations

Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of

event sponsorships & brand integrations Proven track record in

B2B sales / sponsorship sales Excellent

presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to sell

high-value, customized solutions ' Strong network with agencies and brand marketers (preferred) Strategic thinking with execution focus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications & Experience Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field MBA or specialized sales certification is a plus
