Project Manager – ServiceNow [HRSD]

Project Manager – ServiceNow [HRSD] - Hybird role.

The ideal candidate will be capable of leading the full lifecycle of the migration, from planning through execution. They should have very good Understanding on various ServiceNow modules and be comfortable providing strategic direction as needed. This role requires close collaboration with architects and lead SMEs to assign resources, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business goals. Preferred candidates will have either: · A background working on Multiple ServiceNow Projects and transitioned into project management, · Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. · Host project calls, track issues, and ensure successful execution · Manage the migration of applications and data into ServiceNow · Ensure alignment with Architects and developers in process of accomplishing the business requirements · Stabilize builds and manage tasks of the team across ServiceNow module as needed. · Assist the team within ServiceNow as needed · Support ad-hoc development tasks as needed. · Report the progress of the project to the Delivery team on regular basis.

Nice-to-Have Skills: · Understanding of HR processes, service delivery models, and employee experience strategies · Ability to understand HR workflows, case categorization, and employee journeys · Manage end-to-end HRSD implementation
