Senior Azure Data Architect

About the Role We are looking for an exceptional Senior Azure Data Architect with 10+ years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture and large-scale data platforms. You will lead the design and delivery of production-grade data infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. What you will do Lead end-to-end architecture of distributed data platforms on Azure Design and implement scalable Spark and DuckDB workloads in production Build resilient, cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and AKS Drive performance optimization across large-scale data pipelines Collaborate with engineering teams across time zones Mentor engineers and set architecture standards What you bring 10+ years in cloud architecture and data engineering Deep expertise in Apache Spark, DuckDB, and Big Data technologies Proven experience with Microsoft Azure (ADF, ADLS, Synapse, AKS) Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration skills Proficiency in Python and/or Scala Experience with streaming systems (Kafka, Azure Event Hubs) Excellent English communication skills What we offer Fully remote position High-impact, high-autonomy role
