Sales Executive / Call center (Mortgage Call Specialist) (US Shift-EST)
Location: Ithum Tower, Noida-62 (Onsite)
Experience: 1 years -7 year Experience
Shift Hours: 07:00pm to 04:00pm (IST)
Candidates must be confident on the phone, disciplined, and able to follow scripts and processes exactly.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
โข Call inbound and outbound mortgage leads provided by Cashly
โข Qualify prospects using a structured script
โข Ask discovery questions to understand:
โข Property type
โข Loan amount
โข Timeline
โข Credit situation (high-level)
โข Urgency
โข Book qualified appointments directly into the advisorโs calendar
โข Confirm appointments via call, SMS, or WhatsApp (as instructed)
โข Update CRM accurately after every call
โข Follow up with leads who did not answer or requested callbacks
Performance Expectations
โข High daily call volume (minimum targets will be set)
โข Strong contact rate and appointment booking rate
โข Clear, professional spoken English
โข Strict adherence to scripts, objection handling, and compliance guidelines
โข Zero misinformation or promises to clients
What This Role Is NOT
โข Not cold calling random lists
โข Not aggressive selling
โข Not improvising scripts
โข Not freelancing or part-time multitasking
This is a process-driven sales role.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
โข Excellent spoken English (neutral or near-neutral accent preferred)
โข Previous experience in:
โข Appointment setting
โข Inside sales
โข Call center roles
โข Real estate / mortgage / insurance calling (strong plus)
โข Comfortable speaking with Canadian clients
โข Ability to follow scripts word-for-word
โข Comfortable handling objections calmly
โข Fast learner with strong listening skills
โข Reliable internet, laptop, headset, and quiet workspace
Strongly Preferred
โข Experience calling North America (Canada or USA)
โข Experience using CRM systems
โข Mortgage, real estate, insurance, or financial services background
โข Long-term mindset (not short-term gig hopping)
