Sales Executive / Call center (Mortgage Call Specialist) (US Shift-EST)

Location: Ithum Tower, Noida-62 (Onsite)

Experience: 1 years -7 year Experience

Shift Hours: 07:00pm to 04:00pm (IST)

Candidates must be confident on the phone, disciplined, and able to follow scripts and processes exactly.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

โ€ข Call inbound and outbound mortgage leads provided by Cashly

โ€ข Qualify prospects using a structured script

โ€ข Ask discovery questions to understand:

โ€ข Property type

โ€ข Loan amount

โ€ข Timeline

โ€ข Credit situation (high-level)

โ€ข Urgency

โ€ข Book qualified appointments directly into the advisorโ€™s calendar

โ€ข Confirm appointments via call, SMS, or WhatsApp (as instructed)

โ€ข Update CRM accurately after every call

โ€ข Follow up with leads who did not answer or requested callbacks

Performance Expectations

โ€ข High daily call volume (minimum targets will be set)

โ€ข Strong contact rate and appointment booking rate

โ€ข Clear, professional spoken English

โ€ข Strict adherence to scripts, objection handling, and compliance guidelines

โ€ข Zero misinformation or promises to clients

What This Role Is NOT

โ€ข Not cold calling random lists

โ€ข Not aggressive selling

โ€ข Not improvising scripts

โ€ข Not freelancing or part-time multitasking

This is a process-driven sales role.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

โ€ข Excellent spoken English (neutral or near-neutral accent preferred)

โ€ข Previous experience in:

โ€ข Appointment setting

โ€ข Inside sales

โ€ข Call center roles

โ€ข Real estate / mortgage / insurance calling (strong plus)

โ€ข Comfortable speaking with Canadian clients

โ€ข Ability to follow scripts word-for-word

โ€ข Comfortable handling objections calmly

โ€ข Fast learner with strong listening skills

โ€ข Reliable internet, laptop, headset, and quiet workspace

Strongly Preferred

โ€ข Experience calling North America (Canada or USA)

โ€ข Experience using CRM systems

โ€ข Mortgage, real estate, insurance, or financial services background

โ€ข Long-term mindset (not short-term gig hopping)
