Internal Audit / Compliance / Regulatory Operations Eligibility:

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal Audit Prepare internal audit checklists and issue half-yearly circulars for audit submissions Analyse internal audit reports and identify observations / violations Prepare agenda notes for cases to be placed before appropriate authority for disciplinary decisions Draft minutes of committee meetings Issue action letters to members based on disciplinary outcomes Coordinate with Accounts team for debiting penalties Handle member queries related to internal audit 2. Data Collation & Reporting Collate and analyse data from internal departments and external exchanges Use data analytics tools and data warehouses to generate reports Identify early risk alerts and financial stress indicators Conduct detailed examinations and prepare analytical reports 3. Limited Purpose Inspections (LPI) Analyse cases and define scope for Limited Purpose Inspections Review inspection reports from regional offices Share inspection details with the regulator wherever required Track and follow up on completion of inspections

Other Responsibilities Drive process improvements and update Business Excellence teams Respond to regulatory and member compliance queries Maintain regulatory correspondence and internal databases Support investor awareness initiatives via email and SMS campaigns Assist in preparation and submission of reports for regulator and Board-level meetings
