Role Description

As a Fashion Designer at Soul Innate, you will be involved in the complete design journey, from concept development to final execution. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires a strong understanding of embroidery, garment construction, and pattern making.

You should have the ability to develop and innovate embroidery techniques in alignment with different silhouettes, bringing fresh embroidery ideas and surface developments to the table that elevate each design. A keen eye for detailing, proportion, and finish is essential.

You will work closely with the design team, karigars, and tailors to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, open to learning, and ready to take ownership of multiple responsibilities when required. Curiosity, growth mindset, and creative initiative are key to thriving in this role.
